Vocal warm-ups [emphasis on warm ups] + painting. ❤️❤️
I'm not a big fan of "multi tasking" as I believe the mind has a better chance of successfully having a singular focus. But I must admit, I do enjoy this vox+painting combo, and for whatever reason seems to work for me. [special thanks to my vocal coach: Ken Tamplin who prerecorded this particular warm up for me - takes me about an hour, and after a 15 min break, my singing voice is always at its strongest.] ❤️
