Recently I posted about my friend's daughter, Amarna (on the right), who tragically died in Turkey a couple of months ago in a quad accident... This picture is from the day of the crash. Her family are trying to get stricter helmet laws abroad... Even though she was wearing one (and it is not compulsory to get them when renting the quad it was optional) it did nothing and was collected in pieces from the accident site... Today would have been her 22nd birthday. And I thought it would be an opportunity to encourage people, who haven't already, to go to the link in my bio, to learn more about Amarna's story and to sign the petition her family has set up to prevent another family having to bring home a loved one the way they had to.
