High blood sugars have been keeping me out of the sun unfortunately, but the view from our room is so beautiful. I miss the days of drinking coffee and lounging in the sun on vacation, but #type1 has made those difficult to manage (both seem to make my blood sugar spike, sadly, despite drinking tons of water). Looking on the bright side: I'm lucky to even have a chance to take a vacation and to have a great book and a great person to spend this day with. We head home tomorrow, but for now I'm reading on the balcony in the shade and loving every bit of @rumaanalam 's "Rich and Pretty" ?????
