Ok!!! Hoje sem carbo, e depois de treinar o dia inteiro bati meu recorde de clean e power clean.
A ultima serie não esta com movimento perfeito, mas isso mostra meu limite.
E hoje meu limite foi 225 LB, otimo para quem esta cortando peso e quem nao é profissional deste esporte.
Treinar, treinar, tentar, tentar, acreditar
