As I am making certain changes in my life I've learned that forgiving yourself when you miss the mark and allowing yourself to move forward is really tough. I am learning that forgiving yourself and giving yourself the space to be human is really hard for us. We are definitely harder on ourselves than anyone else. But we have to find patience if we plan to succeed, because not giving yourself room to error is a set up to stop. Sometimes it takes moving step by step. Sometimes it takes day by day. Sometimes even moment by moment lol I just want to encourage you, if you had a goal and got off track, forgive yourself and continue moving forward. I didn't say start over because I believe you've taken steps to get this far so you're still closer to your goal! So find forgiveness and the will to keep moving.
