Today's #recipe is a @breadstkitchen favourite perfect for #lunch on a hot #summer day. The combination of light yet filling ingredients will leave you ready to take on the sun. Leave the cuttlefish in a bowl with chopped kiwi for about 2h before grilling - the fruit is rich in powerful enzymes that will help tenderise the flesh. This also works for squid and octopus as well as tough cuts of meat. Finish with fresh lemon zest and parsley to give the #salad a real taste of #summer.
