Arat got familiar with exercise when he was only 4 months old ! ?? I might not have been the best coach he could have had. but I used the tools that I had around me !

آرات خيلي زود وقتي هنوز چهار ماهش نشده بود با ورزش آشنا شد هر چند من يك مربيه خوبي برايش نبودم ، اما سعي كردم از تمام ابزارهاي دوروبرم استفاده كنم . من هيچ تجربه اي نداشتم اما بيشترين تلاشمو كردم . خيلي از خارجيها ميپرسن چگونه تمرين ميدهيد؟ از كي شروع كرديد؟ بايد بگويم وقتي شروع كني و عاشق بچه ات و هدفت باشي همه چيز ممكن ميشود.
پس خودتون يه راهي تا رسيدن به سن سه سالگي پيدا كنيد ، ماساژ و يادگيري نرمشها و حركات كششي مهمترين چيزها هستند.
به خودتان ايمان داشته باشيد به بچه خود اعتماد كنيد و حتما موفق ميشيد.
و راستي خيلي هم مراقب باشيد ? چون اين فرشته ها همه دنياي ما هستن ?
