Prince Harry, speaking at today's @aids_conference in Durban, where he met leaders committed to the fight against HIV and AIDS, and those advocating for people living with the virus.

Through his work with @Sentebale in Lesotho, he has seen up close the vital importance of young people taking responsibility for their health and the health of their peers - a point he and Sir Elton John, a leading advocate for people with HIV and AIDS since the 1980s, spoke of today.
