Scott Rose, Off the Griddle food truck owner, had the opportunity to serve the attendees of the Republican National Convention and despite having political differences he found that food brought everyone together.

“It’s particularly interesting for me to rub elbows with folks that wouldn’t likely rub elbows with – we’re on the opposite ends of the political spectrum,” Rose said. “Yet, we have a laugh and a good time over food.”
