“When aggression issues arose in our Asian small-clawed otter group, Asia Trail keeper Tallie Wiles solved the problem. She stayed one step ahead of this challenge by researching and formulating an action plan. She coordinated with the Zoo’s facilities team to design and build an additional barrier to give the animals more options for moving around their enclosure without causing friction between the groups.
