Our friend (and BlackBelt) Sunshine at @sunsetbchjiujitsu suffered a stroke yesterday which left half her body (hopefully only temporarily) paralyzed and her brain bleeding. I don't know much more til later but if you have some spare coinage please click link in bio and help someone out who has worked tirelessly helping all the North Shore kids at Jiu Jitsu class over the past few years.
