Yesterday's dinner at Haidilao with @bongqiuqiu's family! I was so so so so impressed with everything there! Omotenashi to the max. Good food aside, there's a play room and a nail parlor in the restaurant ?. Service is top notch and genuine, all the waitstaff are so eager to help, even very zidong help take care of our kids, I felt like I was in some kind of exclusive resort club ?. Oh they also have full size baby cots (?!) ?. I was like whoa whoa whoa whoaaaa the whole time and this @bongqiuqiu looked at me like I'm suaku lol. Anyway it totally deserves the super long queue everyday and I wish more service companies can learn something from this!! Singapore ni hen li hai!!!
