Now it's starting to get good! I had been working out for years on and off but could only get to a certain level of fitness Working with @mattinmotionnyc and @equinox is forcing me to try new exercises and pushing me past barriers I couldn't figure out how to pass on my own. Surprisingly one of the best aspects of this training had nothing to do with the gym itself but to have someone to talk to about training and get encouragement from while I was traveling for three weeks.
