Don't be shellfish. These lobster potstickers were made for sharing. ?
Recipe: N9NE Steakhouse’s Lobster Potstickers
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Makes 28 pot stickers ? Ingredients:
• Lobster meat- 5 ounces
• Raw shrimp - 10 ounces
• Water chestnuts – 2 ounces
• Garlic (minced) – Half tablespoon
• Fresh ginger (minced) – 1 tablespoon
• Scallions – 1 ounce
• Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste
• Pot sticker wrappers – 28
• Bok choy - 2 cups
• Yuzu sauce ? Cooking Method:
1. Chop lobster meat into small pieces
2. Puree shrimp in food processor to a paste-like consistency
3. In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, shrimp paste, water chestnuts, minced garlic, minced ginger and scallions
4. Season mixture with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
5. Place a dollop of the mixture into a pot sticker, fold in half and seal edges with a fork. Repeat for each pot sticker.
6. Blanche the pot stickers in boiling water for 8 minutes (until 75% cooked)
7. Dry off the pot stickers on a food safe towel
8. Sauté bok choy to serve as garnish
9. Sauté the pot stickers in a pan until golden brown
10. Serve the pot stickers over bok choy alongside Yuzu sauce #palmslv #n9nesteakhouse
