@curlygq Having the chance to play baseball my whole life has taught me fabulous life lessons. Just one is that you can do everything right, whether it be pitching or hitting and yet still fail. However, you will always have the chance to succeed. There are no buzzer beaters in baseball, no stoppage time. The pitcher must throw the ball across the plate and offer the hitter a chance in order to succeed. It's dumbfounding how hard life can hit and how many it leaves wondering what they could have done differently, but life will always offer opportunities, no matter how big or small. It is our destiny to capture those chances and to pursue them despite the failures we encounter. Batter up!
