The show was just magical. Everyone was in top form. @PhillipaSoo broke my heart . . . again. @leslieodomjr was riding some kind of transcendent wave. He got a standing O after his performance of #TheRoomWhereItHappens. In fact there were several standing O's during the show. @mrroryomalley was on fire as the king and even worked a dab into his performance that caused Leslie to break and there was nothing finer. @cjack930 was on another level and he too got a standing ovation for #OneLastTime. And Lin. My #BestFriendInMyHead The Pulitzer winning McArthur genius behind it all was just ?. You could already feel the energy and excitement once the opening number started but when Lin took the stage for the first time there was a legit full minute applause break. It brought a lump to my throat so I can't imagine how he wasn't a puddle from minute one let alone how he got thru that shit.
I'm so grateful to have been able to experience . . . history. Cuz that shit was straight up joyful, breathtaking, heart wrenching, awe inspiring
H I S T O R Y and so glad I was there to sit in the midst of it.
