I'm still in Vegas for UFC fight week, but I'm finding it really difficult to post photos of training, fighting, or any thing related to all these little games knowing that 5 families in Dallas and countless others all over America are preparing to bury their loved ones today due to this horrible hate and ignorance that is taking over our beloved country. I'm sickened by these horrible acts, and further disgusted by the media spin that is apparently designed to manipulate and tear us apart rather than bring us all together....all in the name of ratings, politics, upcoming election, etc. It's hard to not think they want to incite a civil war in order to further impose their agendas of control. I'm so sad for America today. Gutted and grieved beyond words.

Please God, heal our country!
