"Amidst the Wimbledon / Euros finals weekend and admittedly with an iPhone saturated by images of my son freeze-framed sprinting and high-jumping to victory, I started thinking about my own childhood heroes from Zola Budd to Steffi Graf," she explains, "and looking back at the visual landscape that shaped my desire to run and play across all fields, then and now.
