Just heard the news. ? Hurting for my hometown tonight. Dallas, I love you...? ****updated: I cannot believe some of the comments I'm reading under this photo. This photo was not in any way shape or form dismissing the tragic events that happened this week & in other parts of the world. I am truly disappointed by those who do not understand that #violenceisNOTtheanswer! Instead of leaving insensitive comments for me, let's pray for all of the families around the world who are mourning a tragic loss this week. It's unfortunate that these tragic events KEEP HAPPENING all around the world. In our hometowns, neighborhoods and in places we don't even hear about on the news. I am not silencing myself or turning a blind eye to any of the wrong killings. Alton Sterling and Philando Castille DID NOT deserve to die. The officers in Dallas also did not deserve to die. Innocent people do not deserve cruel and unusual punishment. Praying that change will come and the violence will stop. We're all angry and confused but let us channel our emotions into prayer for the countless victims and lives that are gone and for their families. Let God show us the way. Attacking each other wont solve anything. My platform is not a political page but a page where I can hopefully inspire and do some good. Hate is evil.
