TSA #TBT September 2007 --- A suspicious plastic vial containing a liquid with a firecracker taped to it was discovered on the ground at the checkpoint entrance by an officer at Burbank (BTV). The checkpoint was closed for approximately 20 minutes while an explosives ordnance team took control of the item. After examination, it was determined that the item was a stink-bomb capsule.
