Since I'm spending more time in New York this summer I finally get to have a tiny, window herb garden! If I lived in the country I think I'd love to have a big garden. To me, it's the same type of quiet, physical work and sense of satisfaction that I would get from being a tailor. Making or growing something with your hands seems like the most rewarding work.
