Derek is one busy little wombat! Here’s a sneak peek into what a day in his life looks like, featuring a lot of eating, sleeping and playing… on repeat! Derek rose to fame earlier this year when he was captured on video as a baby frolicking across his local beach on #FlindersIsland in @Tasmania. At over one year old now he's considered an adolescent, and is the proud big brother of orphan siblings April and May. While his two sisters keep this local Tassie lad run off his paws, Derek still manages to find time in his busy daily schedule to fit in some of his favourite hobbies – such as nibbling on shoes and indulging in tummy scratches!
