It might be a bit cooler than usual to hit the beach at sunrise during winter, but it's worth it when you manage to capture a colourful display like this! @shirleylouises took this shot at @visitgoldcoast in @Queensland, which just so happens to be the perfect winter getaway destination. The days are generally sunny and dry at this time of year, plus it's also humpback whale watching season, so you can jump on board one of the many boat tours on offer or simply try your luck at spotting these magnificent creatures from the shore.
