House of the Day: 18.36.54 House by Daniel Libeskind

Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind’s 18.36.54 House in western Connecticut is named after the 18 planes, 36 points and 54 lines which define its living spaces.

The exterior of the property is clad in mirror-finish bronzed stainless steel, making the appearance of the building entirely dependent on the changes in the natural environment surrounding it.
