Hi, it's Jacob here. I'm one of the 2016 @QueensYoungLeaders and I work with the LGBTI+ community in Australia.

Last night the Queen's Young Leaders met with Her Majesty The Queen to receive our Awards at Buckingham Palace. It was one of the most overwhelming yet gratifying experiences for so many of us. We are so incredibly grateful for what this programme has given us as well as the support provided by @ロイヤル・ファミリー. It is now up to us as QYLs to deliver to provide platforms for voices to be heard and action to be taken to ensure that the future of this planet and the Commonwealth is one of opportunity and equal standing.
