Galaxy Nails??
Had to speed up the video a lot, but this design is mostly about layering colors and blending. I tore a makeup sponge into small chunks and started by laying out the shape I wanted in white. Then I sponged on light blue, dark blue, purple, pink, and light green as a highlight. Lastly, add glitter and tiny dots for stars?
