Santoni Spring/Summer 2017 is described as ‘‘jolly elegance with a pop tingle’’. The shapes of the collection are smooth and prolonged, with lightness in its colour palette. Colours vary from brown, blue and blacks to hints of bright green and red, with extremely sophisticated materials, such as kangaroo and crocodile leathers. In an effort to attracked a younger audience, the brand includes, apart from its trademark brogues and slippers, a sneaker line available in black and white. Showcased in the Palazzo Bocconi, the spectator is able to observe the new collection through holes and openings in its interior.
