Happy birthday, Paul! Sir James #PaulMcCartney turns 74 today, and he’s excited to be out touring this summer, balancing hits with deep cuts in his set lists. The songs are brought to life by his band of the past decade: keyboardist Paul “Wix” Wickens, bassist-guitarist #BrianRay, guitarist #RustyAnderson and drummer #AbeLaborielJr. “We like playing together. We can talk about stuff. We can throw ideas around. I think we make a pretty good noise,” McCartney says. “That’s what you want in a band. You want to have friendship, people you get on with.
