My heart has been hurting all day for the family of #LaneGraves! #RIP little man.

In response to some of the comments my feelings are that this was a tragic accident! Disney is well aware of the gators and do their best to allow them to live in their natural environment while protecting their visitors from the dangers. But alligators are wild animals and predators at that. I, in no way blame Disney OR the parents OR the alligator. Im positive that all Disney and Florida Wild Life team will in the future be more cautious and do everything possible to prevent this type of accident from ever occurring again. As parents we do the best we can to keep our children safe but life is fragile and precious and sometimes when you child wants to dip their toes in a lake or climb a rock at the zoo, we aren't always on high alert. We let our guard down (because we are exhausted, distracted and all the other places we fall short as parents daily) and terrible accidents occur. Let's stop blaming and make the necessary changes to be sure it doesn't occur again. Support and love and prayers, and less chatter from the peanut gallery is all that's needed now!
