I've changed my diet drastically this past week to eat mostly vegetables, eggs, beans and grains. HOLY CRAP IT IS SO HARD ALL I WANT TO DO IS EAT 19CHEESE AND EGG BURRITOS FROM JACK IN THE BOX? but, I am seeing baby results and I am going to try and stick with it...
