Sunday sweat sesh! This morning I trained glutes and hamstrings. My trainer has switched things up a bit for me recently which I love but man do I suffer ? it makes me feel great knowing with each program I become stronger. I switch up my training every 4 - 6 wks to keep it enjoyable but to also challenge myself & my body. Post workout i had 40g oats mixed with @reflexnutrition vanilla whey & some fresh blueberries. I also had a few of these raw bites that I came across yesterday in H&B. They are ???
