On Monday June 13th I perform at Blue Note with the legendary Roy Ayers. Here is a pic of Roy and I the day he recorded In The Mood with Kanye and I for my Eardrum album back in 2006. This was a special day for me. I grew up with the sounds of RAMP wafting thru my parents home. When hiphop began sampling, Roy Ayers samples were gold. As a teenage I used to walk around with a best of Roy Ayers cassette at all times. Now he is my guest at the most famous jazz club in the world. God is good. #TBT pic via @donnadisko
