First day back on the track in almost a year. A lil rusty but I get the best results when I go back to the basics. Ran a mile, 10 X 100 strides then I ran 3 X 200 meters. So basically a mile of jogging a mile of running. The goal is to get to 8X200 meter runs but run them much much faster. Baby steps! ??????
