Tonight I'm hosting a dinner with the working title: The Pantone Supper Club!
The Pantone chart if you didn't know was developed in the early 1960s and is a guide with 1000s of colors to certain pigment combinations to always get the colors right 100% of the time.
For the dinner I've selected 5 images and from those images the incredible Chef @siegerbayer will create a 4 course meal and cocktail based off the colors and composition of the images.

Above Dish

Slow-Roasted Salmon with Fennel, Citrus, and Chiles.
Squid Ink Pasta.
Roasted Garlic Purple Mash Potatoes.
Corn on the Cob.
Side of Milk.
