A small #whirlpool being syphoned into a culvert over grown with vegetation in #evergladesnationalpark. Also know as the "River of Grass" the Everglades is actually a large slow moving fresh water river that begins in central Florida. The flow of the river has been altered drastically over the years, changing the natural course and in affect natural habitat. Photographed #onassignment for @ナショナルジオグラフィック
