?I'm sorry it's been forever since I have done a video ?. On our last day in Maui I pretty much had the gym to myself besides the cleaners so I thought why not haha. The angle isn't the best but you get the point. Here is a circuit I would do on a full body/cardio day. These exercises are pretty simple and good to do while traveling, especially if equipment is limited.
-slow and controlled chin up, hold at the top (5 at a time)
-twisted leg raises (12)
-burpees with bosu ball (10)
-bosu lunge hop (20 each side)
-squat jumps (15)
-inner thigh jumps (15)
-lunge jumps (12)
Repeat everything 3 times and have fun sweating babes ?? #caraloren #caralorenworkout
