“It wasn’t an easy experience. My joy is full. I was scheduled for a cesarean procedure but just when I was about to give up, my son was born naturally. We haven’t given him a name yet because I didn’t know if the baby was a girl or a boy,” says Sara in Bwaila Hospital in Lilongwe, #Malawi. Sara is lucky to have delivered at a health facility like this one.
