#wontstoprunning means to me that I will not stop running my mouth telling others that healthcare is all about self care. Starting September I will be traveling the USA for just this reason!

I am a walking miracle today. I have secondary progressive MS & once had no use of my hands and trouble swallowing with full time help.
I was literally facing homelessness or institutionalization.
My life savings depleted due to healthcare costs.
Millions of dollars gone trying everything traditional healthcare told me and I kept getting sicker and sicker doing everything the doctors told me and more.
Today after taking matters into my own hands by using lifestyle changes through diet, mindfulness and stress management I no longer have ANY symptoms from MS, take care of myself 100% kicking MS to the curb all day everyday.
NO MORE DRUGS! My OOP healthcare costs are zero. They once averaged almost $40K a year for over 10 years.
