I have had a ton of questions about what I do to workout when traveling. The only thing I change is the amount of cardio I am doing, and that is simply because I am not eating as clean as I usually do. I just can't miss out on the amazing treats! Where I am usually doing about 20 minutes or so of straight cardio a day, I now do around 40 minutes of cardio. This means a little less weight training but sometimes straight cardio is a must!
