#MustRead #HelpingOutMyFamily My friend @carsvideos wrecked his vehicle 2 weeks ago Here is his story: I was driving on a main road, a lady pulls out in front of me from her neighborhood to the other side of the road I was on, I almost t boned her car, but instead I swerved to the right to avoid her car but lost control on mine and ended up wrecking it. So basically I prevented a two car accident and prevented putting the life of my passenger and the life of that lady in danger, but ended up with bad damages to my car. The lady did a U-Turn and came back to check on me. She asked me and my passenger if we were okay, and she apologized for her move, which clearly means that she was at fault for pulling out of her neighborhood when there was an incoming car on the main road which was me. Anyways, she said she will fix my car and filed a claim with her insurance company. I got a call from her insurance company this past Monday which was a week after the crash happened. The insurance company asked me to describe what happened, which I did. They told me to email them photos of my car at the crash scene and a photo of her car which can be used as evidence that the lady's car was present at the crash scene. I emailed them what they needed and finally got a call yesterday from the agent that was handling the claim, what he said is: "since there is no damage to the car of our customer, we can do nothing further to help you repair your vehicle". I crash my car because of someone's mistake, and at the end I am the one responsible to pay for the repairs? Is this a joke? What do you all think about this? The insurance company is @libertymutual ? If you go on Facebook and search the insurance company, then press in the visitors posts, I am not the only one, there are people that weren't at fault writing their stories and this insurance company never helped them. This insurance company isn't doing it right. I am pretty sure every company cares about reputation, but to keep the good reputation you have to work the right way with morals.
