As most of you know, I'm fighting the good fight to try to help end the inhumane procedure of amputating kitties toes and claws. There's currently a bill in NY that would end this cruel and mutilating surgery. ??
This bill is GOOD for cats but bad for the pocketbooks of pro-declaw vets in NY. ?
I have been doing a research study for the last year and thanks to all of your help, I've gathered a lot of important data. Please read the story in the link on my profile and share it. It's now or never?

Remember, the NYSVMS has already spent $98,000 to try to kill this Cat Protection Bill so we need ALL of your help to get this bill passed!
The President of the NYSVMS is leading her veterinarians to try to stop this bill. The NYSVMS says that they take declawing seriously and it should only be done as a last resort or for immune compromised people.
We all know that amputating kitties toes does not save cat lives or protect human lives and there are always humane alternatives. This story will give you a glimpse of how this NYSVMS President personally addresses declawing.
