For those of u who don't know. I used to be obsess as a kid. I lost 85lbs. In my late 20s I discovered bodybuilding and my body changed immensely . Last year at the age of 31, I experienced an Etopic pregnancy ((in my tube not in uterus)) it required ER surgery. I had reconstructive surgery of both my Fallopian tubes. I was on bed rest for 3months and put on oral contraceptives until I fully heal. I was also out of the gym for almost a year. So hormones plus zero exercise my body changed a lot. My hips n butt got big. But so did my arms, my lower tummy & face. I hid it w my hair n with makeup. But now I chopped of my hair. Exposing my chunky yet strong arms. U can literally feel my muscles but I have stubborn fat

I was allowed to get back to the gym 5months ago and I been killing it at the gym. Those at my gym see me come in 4-5x a week. And they see me go hard & heavy. I lost a lot of water weight n have built muscle back BUT there are a few stubborn areas that nothing seems to help. I eat clean on top of that. So I'm hoping today w my cool sculpt that it will help me get my old body back ? I'll be 32yrs old in September. It's very true when they say ur body starts changing in ur 30s.
