At the @copenhagenfashionsummit and so far, the biggest take away has been that there needs to be a shift in communication and perception of the word 'sustainable' with Hannah Jones, @NIKE preferring to talk about innovation instead (specifically in materials development), and @livia_firth saying that there's a danger that meaning is lost when we repeatedly say the word sustainable

During the media panel, Imran Amed of @bof said that "Our responsibility in the media is to educate people that good design IS sustainable design." Are we as the media and content creators doing enough to shed light on truly GOOD design? Do we need to stop putting labels and designers into a 'sustainable' box and instead just focus on communicating how innovative and GOOD they are?
