Kundalini is an energy that is present in every human being that, according to many ancient teachings can be awakened by living a pure life and practicing meditation and or yoga.
It starts flowing when all chakras are opened and leads to full spiritual awakening.
I have been intrigued by spirituality since 2008 when I started practicing meditation.
And even though the mysterious topic of Kundalini will remain nothing more than a concept for most of us, the core of spirituality is not in having special experiences but living in harmony.
And that is something the whole world could learn from.
