Are you affiliated with this "dog trainer", Bernardo Perez, from Road Dogs, Dog Mentoring? Do you recognize the dog????? I filed a complaint against him yesterday for punching a dog on its head repeatedly, kicking its body and legs, and basically abusing him right in front of me in Moorpark. He told the police that he was a dog trainer for a rescue group and that the dog was a rescue dog. I'm trying to inform any and all rescues that use him. What I saw was horrific and this person should not have any animal in his possession. I'm worried about this dog.
