Yesterday I hit a huge milestone, I waved goodbye ?? to my book (hopefully for the last time) and sent it back to my publisher to be signed off. Over 100 recipes, vegan, veggie, meaty, gluten and dairy free, spicy, sweet, indulgent, healthy, easy and challenging. I like to think of it as a book that reflects the world as it is today. When future generations look back they can say, "Jeez all I eat today is Soylent Green" and they'll be quite literally green with envy ? It's out in August in the UK ??and in November in the US ??
