So today after Muay Thai class , they asked us to try this kind of sit up ...... ??????? I feel very M doing this. Maybe he can hit harder next time. You know it's really easy to gain fats but extra hard to get rid of it. Really have to watch what I eat. This is week 2 in my gym ~ enjoying myself so far because everyone here are very nice and helpful. The positive energy in wanting to get fit here is very strong. ❤️ I'll miss coming here till I get back from Pekanbaru ! #happy #blessed #gymlife
