Sometimes when I tuck into something delicious from our hawker centre, I think of our next generation and how many of them will not be able to enjoy authentic local hawker fare in the future. Our fading hawker trade is definitely at risk of losing its identity in the future.
I'm really happy to hear that @TigerBeerSG has taken upon itself to help preserve and spread more awareness for our local street food!
Just yesterday, at Serangoon Central, Tiger gave out event packs consisting of food coupons where consumers could redeem food from any of the designated hawker stalls!
