The Cronut® is turning 3 this month! I'll be sharing some of our favorite moments and stories from over the years, and today I want you all to meet Mike - he was our very first guest EVER at #DominiqueAnselBakery (and I hope this photo doesn't embarrass him too much ?). When we first opened our little #Soho shop on a chilly November morning back in 2011, I was taking down the paper from the windows and remember someone crossing the street to ask me if we were open yet. That was Mike, and ever since then, there's never a week that goes by when we don't see him. Nearly 5 years later, after many Cronut® pastries, birthday desserts, and U.P. dinners, I'm most excited to be making his wedding cake for him and his fiancée Lesley in just a few weeks.
