"For me, the most significant elements in visual art have always been the symbolistic message that lies within the imagery. The mysteries more than the mysticism. The emotions more than the composition. All of them lead to different perspectives and interpretations, and I believe this is what makes an art piece truly eternal; it's real, you can touch it, make it yours, and make what you want out of it.

What matters to me is to discover other people’s perspectives and interpretations. That’s what inspires me. It allows me to see different angles to something that ain't mine no more... I believe it's only once communed that art becomes ineffably greater than what or who creates it. It becomes its own entity. You can witness its growth, admire its journey and ultimately emancipate yourself through it. That's why I think that this segment from “1-2-3 (One Step Away)” is particularly fascinating.
